After resigning from Acrisure as an Employee Benefit Adviser after 34 years in July 2024, Brian launched his own agency Azores Insurance Services in August 2024.

His mission is rooted in education, advocacy, and protecting individuals from financial hardship through well‑designed health insurance solutions.

Rather than chasing volume or carrier incentives, Azores Insurance Services is built on problem‑solving, personalized guidance, and trusted referrals.

The agency’s primary focus is Medicare but also serves the under Age 65 marketplace with a wide range of insurance plans for Individuals and Families.

My experience in Employee Benefits allows me to specialize in small‑group Employer Plans for companies with fewer than 20 employees. As many small businesses have lost their original broker through turnover or agency consolidation, they often need support but no longer have a point of contact. I provide the dedicated guidance, plan management, and ongoing service required to keep their benefits running smoothly and compliant.
